The basic device:
The device is formed by twisting flat metal sheets into a spiral around the central distribution pipe-collector. Spacer spikes are welded to the sheets to ensure a constant cross-section of the channels of the apparatus and maintain the load-bearing capacity of the structure. The channel systems for the movement of working media are formed with the help of welds and removable covers of the device. The design of the device provides access to the heat exchanger channels and welds for revision, cleaning, repair.
